• No do/does/did
• Use if or whether for yes/no questions
• Start with polite phrases: Could you tell me, Do you know
• Only the main clause can carry a question mark

• Could you tell me where is the bank → Could you tell me where the bank is
• Do you know what time does it start → Do you know what time it starts
